About Us

Vitality National Pty Ltd was formed in Adelaide in January 2000 to develop and construct Aged Care Infrastructure. We are an approved provider for Commonwealth funded aged care pursuant to the Aged Care Act 1997. We have successfully completed projects in South Australia & Victoria including Trinity Green and Bridgewater and are currently developing leading edge aged care projects in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
The primary objective of Vitality National is to provide consumers over the age of 55 with as much choice as possible in the type of facility they wish to live in with a level of care and support that may decrease or increase as their needs change.
There are very few developers in Australia who can demonstrate an all encompassing view of the issues relating to value in integrated aged care facilities. We have approached the issue of Aged Care from a different perspective, providing more options to elderly consumers, more opportunity to the investors and more certainty for operators.
Seeing the need to develop proper retirement options for an ageing resident population the community of Henty and the Greater Hume along with the local council have approached us to bring expertise to the region. The building of these facilities will mean that residents will no longer need to leave the community to far away city centres in search for adequate retirement accommodation and can live out their lives amongst family and friends within their local country community.
