We can proudly say "WE HAVE RESIDENTS!" Our beautiful village has residents and the place is really coming to life. Development has progressed rapidly over the last few months and our first tenants moved into their brand new, state of the art home in the first week of February 2008. 5 more houses will be occupied over the coming weeks and everyone is excited about the buzz of activity.

Sweetwater Estate has contracted WOWtel to install highly sophisticated technology in each villa and it is now fully operational. The phone in each villa has a 8 1/2” screen where residents are able to view the other caller, provided they use the same technology. In technical terms, it is called ‘the only true single terminal solution’ and opens up a new world of telecommunications. No one else has this technology in Australia. It has been tried and tested in many other countries successfully.
